Carolina TMJ uses the Summus Laser system, which is the most advanced therapeutic laser on the market. This treatment is not the same as a hard or soft tissue laser used in dentistry. Using a single wave-length of light, lower level laser therapy reduces pain and inflammation, while accelerating connective tissue repair and increasing circulation in the treated area.
